I attended a forum which was opened only for the senior members. It was a small scale meeting, and around 15 representatives of enterprises who were almost middle-level except me. Meanwhile more than half are  famous companies worldwide. Can you image my pre ssure? The worst was there was a free talking moment at last and the chairman asked me to talk about the topic. In than case, I represented my company!

I had prepared several ideas to deal with this situation when I predicted the problem. When it really happened, I couldn't control my brain to think normally, but I had to speak without a break. What was the result? It was full of repeated, meaningless words and without any grammar!

It's my big weakness which will restrain my promotion possibly. It's very hard to overcome the tension and nervous sentiment when I speak in public. I can give a wonderful talk show among a few friends, I can think out a lot of good ideas and convincing opinions in short time with friends.

I have to improve too much!
