Why do the graduates choose to work in small cities?

Nowadys,instead of rushing into big cities as they did in previous years,more and more college students choose to work in small cities after graduation.As for as I am concerned, this phenomenon results from a series of different reasons.
In the first place, pressurein big cities is much bigger than that in small cities,For a college graduate, it would take more effets to make a living in big cities than in small ones.Next to mention living comfortably. For example, the house price in big cities may be several times of that in small ones.So is the consumption level. What's more,it usually takes more years to strive for success in big cities.In the second place,many college graduates choose to work in small cities for the simpler environment. Living style in small cities is usually much simplet than that in big cities,which is preferable for those who want to lead a simple life.
If it is left to me to decide whether to work in big cities or in small ones.I would prefer the small ones since life in small cities is more comfortable for its simplicity.

- and traffic of big citys leave so much to be desired ,for small citys it is more convenience to shop ,to work and to study to name a few...of course ,the growing speed of the house price is not coincide with the salary...so i think it is not so bad to develop in small city as well as get more advantages and benifits...

- i think is't a good ideal to stay in small city ,but on the other hand ,it's a big challenge for us to strive in a big city ,and it can provide use more chance to get a job,is't it

- To broaden your views, I think it is a good choice to go outside. There is something that you can learn from the big cities. Maybe at first, it's so difficult for us to get used to the fast-paced life there. Anyway, I believe the college graduates had better come to big cities to see what life in big cities like instead of finding a comfortable job in your hometown or so.

- I have been wondering why graduates choose to work in smaller cities. At first, I thought they were more comfortable near to their home. Working in big cities could really tear you to pieces, but if you want to have big success, you have to be in the right place. It really depends on your own ability and how you want to live your life. I am living in the world's most busy and advanced city Hong Kong. The mad life here is indeed crazy and the pressure is extreme. You don't have a life here, you are a machine running fast most of the time. You are not expected to have emotions. You don't have real friends here. You will be asking yourself what you are doing in this madness? Yes, can make money and have good material life, but by the time you make enough money, your most useful part of life is gone. Small boats keep near the shores, bigger boats can venture furhter out.
