It was a headache to get railway tickets in China

In these days, I'm under pressure everyday, it seems that I need to complete everything in only one hour, there is always trouble with me. A friend in United States ask me help him get two railway tickets. I went to the railway station, I went to the tickets agent, I went there ten days ahead of the dates for the tickets we want, which is the first day that ticket go on sale. But I still didnt get it, the only reason they gave me was the train you want to catch starts from another provience, not here, so we dont have schedule for the tickets in this city, I am trying my best to help that friend,I went to another two tickets agent to make sure I cant get the tickets,yes,I still cant get it, I dont know why everything is so complicated in China,then I told the American friend everything what the woman selling tickets told me, in fact , I didnt understand her very well, then my friend asked me to explain that, he asked if I go from destination A to destination B by train, should I go to place C to buy the tickets? I can only explain that the the worker working in the railway station said sometimes you can get the tickets , sometimes not if the train starts from another province and pass by here.
I feel exhausted these days, I am just trying my best to be a nice girl, I am trying to make everything perfect.

I cant do anything to improve the situation, when I was shopping with some foreign friends,they would tell me how would this be in America or... so I feel a little sorry for them sometimes.
