Excessive internet use is harmful

Nowadays internet  has become a widely used tool for people to deal with business,communicate with others and also for entainment,however, excessive internet use is harmful in many ways.

First of all,excessive internet use is harmful to body health. Except the radiation,excessive use of computers can also make body stiff. What’s more,it has a influence on your eyesight.

Secondly,excessive internet use will be distractive. Shopping online frenquently,playing computer games whole day and chatting with a stanger for whole night,all these will distract people from their work or study. Especially for the people who are addicted to internet,they even can not lead a normal live without internet and they often have difficulties when deal with the real world.

Excessive internet use will also expose pepple to great danger. The excessive internet use strengthen the chance of giving away your personal information. Besides,information from the internet sometimes can be misleading. Not everyone can tell whether the information is true or not,which is quite harmful for the youth.

In fact, intenet use is unavoidable in our daily life. What we should do is using the internet properly making sure it won’t become a pest and a time-waster.
