the chongyang festival

the 9th day of the 9th lunar month is the traditional chongyang festival,or double ninth festival.in acient on this day, people would swarm to known or little famous mountains,eat double ninth gao (or cake),enjoy the flourishing chrysanthmum and drink chrysanthmun wine and so on.but now people pay little attention to it which makes me disappointed.
to myself,i really prefer to have a meaningfur chongyang festival by some special ways. but i don't know what to do.i hope your valuable advise.
