To me the current work is bored to death, as I have few things to do in working time, and I am the only one employee who always stays alone in the office, I enjoy the quiet environment sometimes, because I could freely do things I like at that moment, however, I still feel anxious for my status and can not get rid of the boredom, how I wish our busy old days came back again. And what does that mean if we are free at work? Our business performance is not good and to some extent, our pay increase is affected accordingly.
We are a korean trading company, specially manufacture various kinds of bags, and the laptop bags account for the most part in our business. I am not a salesperson, but I have worked in this company for more than two years, to be honest, I really don't find other modifications on our bags except the pattern and there aren't much techniques in our bags as well, thus how could we wish such a kind of goods without techniques and changes could stand in Europe market for ever?
During the past year, we have launched three generations as per customer's requirements, and it never occurred like this before, i.e. it just has one generation to be launched before, however, customer just placed order with us once and this year we are forced to lauch another generation,

- Worlking life is full of contradictions. Some employees complain of excessive work and long working hours, while others complain of boredom. I guess everything depends on ourselves. We are employed to service our employers and we are expected to work hard and do the best for our bosses and customers. Your company need to continiously develop new lines and catch up with the market or others would slip in and take away your business.

- For you, maybe your job is an easy one job, the atmosphere of your company is such like as a friend of mine, but actually she works well in that company, for me i do not like that atmosphere as you said just one person work in the office...maybe you can see the job from another altitude ...things are better ..we should enjoy the life ....

I think it's not too long for you to be idle in the work.Any field or industry has a downturn in one year.Just like me,sometime i am busy dealing with too much work and continuous work nonstop,but i also have nothing to do at a period tiime.In the relax time,it's the best time to promote your ability yourself.

- A job, no matter how exciting and challenging is was, would eventually go to the routining and boredom, so does a company. We tend to repeat ourselves, so Believe me, your company is certainly not alone in lack of creativities.
