In such sweltering weather, it is beyond control for me not to doze after lunch.
.....
In my one of former blogs I ever mentioned that during working time, I am really unwilling to receive phone calls, especially those from my colleagues or our suppliers. Honestly, receiving them is a headache, and they are really unpleasant.
However, I still have to calm down to answer every phone, as I know if I answer in angry voice, then it would become harder to deal with things or would make things worsen.
Whenever I received the call, I answer in soft voice, somebody once mistook I am sad or ill, and cared about what happened on me.
What is more, it is wise to keep good relationship with colleagues if want to stay in a company for long. And my former colleague, who has left our company for three months, seeks job again, as she said the last job is not suitable for her, anyway, it is necessary for me to cherish present job.

- There is no justification requiring you to answering calls during lunch time. Lunch time is actually a half day break enabling your body to unwind and refresh. Those who call during lunch hours is inconsiderate and you don't need to respond. However, you did the perfect thing by avoiding confrontation with colleagues the only way to survive in a company is by maintain good relations with staff and management. There are so many people holding on to unhappy jobs, unpleasant colleagues and irresponsible management. It is indeed hard to hard to have an ideal job these days. Keep cool.

- Since the result of Senior High School Entrance Examination has came out, never-ending callings from the parents of students nearly drive me crazy. In fact, they have got the massage from the relevant department, or they can check it out on the Internet by thenselves, but they still want it to be confirmed by teachers in the high school. Honestly, I want to change my job, but I dare not to do it, partly because I am a little older, and the mainly because it makes me terrible uncomfortable just to think about working in a new environment, now my financial situation becomes more worse due to the increasingly raised house rent, but I still have to work in the same company, and whenever I am free during my working time, I would take opportunity to study English to enrich and color my life a bit.
