The third superior in our company is hard to get along.
This is the second time for him to join in our company, and the first time he is the second superior, surely his position couldn't surpass our boss's, the number one belongs to our boss forever.
He has a bad temper, likes to scold us. Even though he is right, it is still hard for us to accept his doings. This morning, I have been scolded by him, he said in severe voice you are wrong, no need to find excuse for yourself any more.
Everytime he came back from his country Korea, he always brings kinds of small cosmetics as presents to each of us. And I still clearly remember on that day the first time he left our company, he spent a whole moring doing delicious Gimbap for us.
It's hard for me to give an accurate evaluation on his personality.
Anyway, I am under heavy pressure while working with him. He likes to point out your mistakes, and if you make a tiny mistake, he would criticize you severely. For his existence, we have a very tense office environment.

- Unfortunately, that is the mentality of Koreans and Japanese. Almost like slavery. People say such management attitude produce effiiciency but I don't agree. We improve through guidance and encouragement not through pressure.
You do not have to get angry about this. Getting angry is just punishing yourself for the mistakes of others.

- My English is so-so really, i can just talk with Africans, i don't think i can talk with Americans or the British, they speak real English. For me, there is a long long way for me to go, have so much to learn. Thanks for your priase, i really appreciate it. Have a nice weekend too
