It finally becomes a fact that our two offices in China will be combined into one, which is located in our cooperative factory. This is not a good news for me, I don't want to go there to work.
The working environment there is very unpleasant, and very noisy, whereas I like working in a quiet enviroment, I don't want to communicate with them, a little hard for me to get along with them, it seems that we have different world views, in my mind, they are rudeness, I cannot accept them for this, but being a poor employee, I have no ability or right to change a bit.
I dislike them as they always make noisy. Our superiors are not in the office, when they enter the office, they surf the internet and chat loudly which model of mobile phone they will buy, and open the airconditioner, and drink Coca Cola that is our suprior buy and store in the refrigerator.
I cannot understand their behaviors. They are very different if our superiors are on the spot.

- aha,could i say that i really have the same problem with u,but now i think i can handle it for i have already been with them for three years.Several opinions for u:first,try to find at least one person to be with u which can help u and can have a voice for u when u have conflit with others.This could prevent u from isolated.Second,just do youself as well as try to communicate with them.Do not let the negative fellings make u down.Misunderstandings are always caused by no communication.Third,i really think u must be a hard-worked and self-disciplied person .I am sure that u can make it.

- I sympathise with you for the change of work place. Since you are used to a regular office environment, it would be hard for you to adjust to a crude factory office. I have also noticed that they some of them use fake attitudes acting normal when the management is around and turn to misbehaving noisly with bad language and ignore their work. Things could be difficult from you. Seems there is nothing much you can do about it. Just go your own way and avoid confrontation.

Yeah, I am sure I can make it as well, I should deal with things with mature mind, mainly I work to earn my bread, it is unwise to waste my energy to worry about trifles, furthermore, we just have more than a dozen of staffs in company, so it is still not very complicated to handle the interpersonal relationship. I should treat things in a bright way or positively.
