Work like checking the artwork of carton and hangtag, and some information about our company and bank, and the quotation etc.
The sales girl in our company always asks me for help to check them together with her, however, I am unwilling to give her my hand, everytime I do want to refuse her directly.
In my opinion, she is too careful in doing things, I wonder how could she be competent for the sales work? Why not have confidence in doing things? Why not have courage to hold responsibility for herself work? If she is worry there still exist mistakes then please double check by herself again.
Besides, I wonder if she works in another new company in the future, does she still have such kind colleague like me to help her to double check the work?
I want to have a pleasant environment in the company, so I accept her request, I just show unwillingness on my face every time, but it is strange she never perceive this. Actually, I do hope she could believe herself ability, then have the courage to do anything, no need to depend on others in the future.
