There are two black sheeps in our office, their working seat are closer, and they always make noisy during working time, I don't think the superior is wise enough to arrange their working seat so close, if I were the leader I will part them as far as possible in order to build a quiet office environment.
If there is nothing to do, they both will have a casual chat, I hate them as their noisy influence me or make me distract. How I wish I have a working environment as quiet as library. Or how I wish they are tied up with work every day so that they don't have time to chat.
One of them ever wondered and asked me why I am so silent in the office, I said to her, "now is the working time, it is not right to chat. " She responded, "wow, you must be the good employee in superior's eyes. Superior always appreciates employee like you." I intend to say in a firmly voice to make her abashed for her previous improper behavior at work. However, it seems that I fail to get that satisfy result. On the contrary, she sneers my proper behavior.
Sometimes I do want to stop them to give vent to my vexation, however, I have no courage, I am just an ordinary employee in the company, I don't have right to speak, I am not the person who pay their salary every month. If I stop them to chat, maybe they will isolate me, or they will hate my guts, or I will have an unpleasant interpersonal relationship in the office.
I have no other choice but to write down something unpleasant here. Actually, the thing is not that bad as my imagination, at least it is a source of writing for me today.
