The trade merchandiser girl (D) in our company doesn't get along well with other colleagues. Now she is alone, and seldom talks with others except a few words with me through QQ about some work issues.
Two weeks ago, she made unpleasant relationship with the girl (C) who is in charge of the cost calculation. And up to now, they still haven't had a word with each other. In my view, it is not bad. At least, the office environment became a bit quiet.
They were kind friends before, and they enjoyed their conversations whenever our superior is not in the office, sometimes they even speak ill of others. I bear to listen to their talks every time.
This morning, the girl(D) had bad relationship with QA, and I didn't know what has happened as I happened to go to the washroom at that moment, and when we had lunch in the canteen, I found there is someting wrong between them, as the girl(D) ate nothing, only had some soups in the lunch.
Speaking of the girl(D), actually, I admire her because her work is of challenge. She has chances to touch the new things at work. And she is the apple in the eyes of our superiors as well.
I am the person who talks fewest in the company, and I have pleasant relation with everybody at work at the present.
One day, the girl(C) got off work together with me, and on the way she told to me: there is no friend at work. I should do like you to do more things rather than talk too much at work.
I have to say every lucky dog has it's bad days after all.
Now I couldn't know when the relationship between C and D will turn to be normal.

- The relationship between colleague is fragile. Conflict of earning more benefit , position-persuing and some other tiny things can lead to friendship-collapse. And they often devide into several groups.we can't get in well with everyone in our office. The only thing we can do is to be warm-heart and kindly.

- There is no real friend in the face of benefits. So I agree your colleage's statement that there is no friend at work. I think, this kind of phenomenon is widespread presence. I want to say something about the recent contradictions about money in our department. The people in our department always have harmonious relationships. But a month before, our department director made a wrong dicision. She was in sole possession of a sum of money which is the company's stock dividents. It is not being distributed to others such as project managers, line supervisors and other engineers who is entitled to a portion of the money. So the director's behaviors disrupt the original department harmony. It is so awkward in our department now. Especially the three line supervisors are beyond her control.
