Another summer passed

I caught a cold because it was so cold yesterday.This summer it was very hot ,and I felt uncomfortable evey night when I was lying on my bed in the dormitory,because there was no air condition.However,I often slpet well after the experiment in my lab.Sometimes I could not fall asleep because of the nosiy work site outside.I recall my childhood and home.
For more than ten years, my parents and I lived in an old house in an old alley called "water alley".Because the house faced west, it was very hot inside everyday except the rainy days.Although it was hot,I felt happy everyday.In the afternoon,I went swimming with friends or brothers.I liked to drink sprite at that time, and I often capture the insects.I tried to burn the ants with a magnifying glass,perhaps I was a bad boy!When I became a high middle school student, we left the old house because of housing demolition and relocation.
Now my parents and I have a new house in a new building.Compared to the old house, the new one is more spacious and beautiful,but my happy childhood belongs to my old home.
Thank you for my parents!I will try my best to make you happy in the future.
