at present,i did not make good use of own leisure time.i became more and more lazy and do not like to scan other's blogs,no accumulation of knowledge ,so that i did not write more material than previous.up to this step now,i seem to be very confused,no plan,no goal,i do not know how to go ahead.perhaps my study plan needs to be modified.cheer for me .

lately, i have formed a habit ,i like chatting before i go to bed.but in the end ,i could not go asleep.and i love to  drink water ,so offen get up at night to go to bathroom.influence be asleep quality.effects sleep quality.end here today,continue tomorrow.
