Negative heart

There are several days I feel unhappy every month ,I want to know whether you also have the similar expenrice .
when I working at hospital and I have a strange feeling suddenly yesterday ,and next I feel heart depressive ,don't want eat anything at noon .I didn't know what to said when my friends told to me and couldn't focus attention .
Yesterday there was a friend came to see me from another hospital ,long time no see and I find everyone had become more pretty and more charming ,Everything have become wonderful and pretty in the world .But why I couldn't share .God ,I need you to visit me ,come here and I will give you a lot of candy .

- You seem to be an interesting girl and knows what is going on around you. We all have mood swings. Sometimes we feel depressed and low. That could be due to hormone imbalance in girls and phycological reasons. All these are not serious and would pass away in time. Some time we feel others are getting more good looking or more attractive than us. Don't just look at the surface. It is the peacefullness of your heart which is important. Exterior looks last only a short time and we all change. Try to have a more active life and eat healthily. You can also be happy if you try.
