I know the reason why I always go to bed in late, cause I am a completist whatever do anything always want to show the perfect aspect to others, sometimes my roommates had finished their homework for a long time, and me, stuck there thought about it how can do it better. So, I always wasted much my sleep time to do something what is useless in other eyes. Maybe my brain can't  run  as fast as others. alas…… I think I should have more practice to accustom my major or other things, so that make my brain run faster than before. there is no silly person, only lazy ones.

     What's more, I am a person who need less sleep than others, it's easy to go to sleep in late, it isn't strange at all. But, I can't be that yet. moreover, I am afraid I will ahead of aging because the less sleep cause. So, I need a health lifestyle to keep going on my life.

     Love life, take care of themselves, form a good habit.
