It’s not a special day. But somehow I want to say thank you to my parents. I would like to say different words to my father and mother. Also, there are some similar words to them.

Dad: you are a self-made man. In my eyes, you are always my role model. You told me always to be positive and strong. And I did under the guide of you. Every time when I was down, I would think of you. I would imagine how my father pull himself through in the face of difficulty. Then it increased my courage and encouraged myself to move on.

Mom: you are a hard-working woman. You set a good example for me. I began to do housework such as cooking and washing clothes at early age. At the very beginning, I could not do it very well. You tolerated my mistakes and taught me to be more patient and persistent. Years later, I did it. You know I am very picky about food. Every time when I am back, you always prepare my favorite food for me. I am deeply touched by you as well. Mom, thank you.

My parents support me all the time. They try to satisfy my needs. For instance, when I was in junior high school, they often gave enough money and let me buy some books. And they also invited some experienced people or teacher to give me suggestion on study. In addition, they bought a computer for me when I was a college student. They don’t interfere my study and life, only remind me that “it’s up to you, it’s your life. You are the master. We are only onlooker. I think you clearly know what do you want and then go ahead” Sometimes I think I am too stressful, but for most of the time, I know they give me freedom and they love me.

Mom and Dad, I love you.

There are two years left in college. Not only should I make a plan and make sure that I am not wasting time and money, but follow my heart to achieve my goal.
