Hello, dear friends. How are you doing recently?
These days I am busy with preparing for the final exam. My classmates are as busy as bees, as they almost stay at classroom for a whole day. Can you guarantee every minute counts? Why don't just relax yourselves for a few minutes? Or maybe I get too slothful. I don't know.
A few days ago, I went to the library to borrow some books that I mean to read during the winter vacation. Particularly, I enjoy reading novels and prose which I regard as my spiritual food.On the one hand, I am not that busy, a lot of spare time employed by myself. On the other hand, I would like to improve my writing ability as is quite limited for myself. In addition, to fulfill myself is the profound reason of doing so. Therefore, always holding an extracurricular book within my major books is my style, even before some important examination. My friends comment me that I am a leisurely girl. Well, perhaps.
2012 is coming. Are you fearful? Or just take it for granted that a new year is just around the corner. Whatever. What I mean to tell you is that life is short, do what you want to do, say what you want to say, and go where you want to go, because you have only one life, only one life. If you have an idea, try it. Don't make yourself regretful. My grandpa passed away last week. I asked for leave for 3 days. The news that he has gone surely surprised and startled me, as this is the first time my family member leave me forever. when I watch his remains in the ancestral temple, fearful and inexpressible. He sleeps there quietly forever. Mark Twain remarked in his autobiography:"they vanished from a world where they were of no consequence; where they achieved nothing;where they were a mistake and a failure and a foolishness;where they have left no sign that they existed---a world which will lament them a day, and forget them forever."
Therefore, we human beings have to cherish every day. And perhaps we could take each day as our last day.
