Yesterday I went to Newchannel to sign up for a TOEFL class. At first, I decided to enroll in the New Oriental School. For the reasons that Newchannel is much closer to my school and the smaller class it has, I chose it at last.

I handed over the money in an agency and everything seemed to be OK. However, I felt very uneasy all night long. This morning, I gave a call to the head office of Newchannel and asked him whether I had signed up or not. He told me that there was no record for me. OH MY GOSH! WHAT I HAD DONE YESTERDAY!

I kept on ringing the phone which I called yesterday. Finally, a woman answered. She told me it’s the right agency I contacted with yesterday. And, the reason why the head office had no record was that the financial department hadn’t reported in. What a lame excuse!

After a few minutes, I received a call professed himself representative of Newchannel. He told me that the class which I had signed up for was cancelled, and I should choose some other classes which is much expensive than I want. I was so angry. Eventually when I clamed down, I called the head office to ask about the problem. Do you believe that? He told me that the class did not cancel. JESUS CHRIST, WHO CAN TELL ME WHAT THE DAMN TELEPHONE THAT IS! Fortunately, he also told me that my name could be found online. To further confirm their words, I prepare to go to the head office of Newchannel this afternoon. Hope everything goes well!
