Here, I want to share you a passage which named exercise. When it comes to exercise, you may think it is an outdated topic. However, I would like to question whether you have done enough exercise. To some extent, it is ignored by us unconsciously. When we are at school, maybe we will have some exercise in accordance with school regulations. On the contrary, when we take part in work, have you ask yourself how much time you have spent in exercise to maintain the physical and mental health. Without doubt, it is less and less. Even somebody never spent time in exercise. It is really a bad thing. I believe you will have some deep thinking after reading this passage. The passage I would like to share with you is as follows:
Exercise
A state of physical and mental health allows you to take part in exercise comfortably and enjoyably so that it doesn’t hurt, so that you can look forward to it, laugh, and fell good afterwards.
If you are feeling down, exercise may help pick you up. Although researchers disagree on this issue, one review of Dast studies found that long-terms exercise, especially when it includes long-lasting strenuous training sessions, has about as muck of an effect on depression as psycho-therapy.
Working out helps you deal with stress in your job, relationships or any area of life—possibly because exercise is a form of stress itself and helps condition your body to deal with it. When Australian researchers compared people who did 30 minutes of aerobic exercise three times a week to those who practiced progressive-relaxation techniques, they found that the former group responded better to acute stress and had lower blood pressure.
Even a little exercise call make you think less anxiously. Studies have shown that any amount of exercise, from a brisk 10-minute walk to an intense aerobics or weightlifting session seems to decrease feelings of anxiety.
Working out regularly many make you smarter now and lessen the possibility that you’ll lose brain function as you age. According to a recent animal study at the University of Illinois, exercise can actually help the brain development new cells.
In several studies, regular weight training or aerobic exercise was shown to improve the quality and durations of sleep. Naturally, this can make you less fatigued and be able to function better during the day.
Like meditation, hobbies or any other leisure activity, exercise gives your mind a needed break from everyday thoughts, responsibilities and commitments.
Finally, there’s one more reason to keep exercising. When you work out regularly, your body simply functions better—you are better, healthier and less likely to suffer painful physical conditions. And that just plain feels good.
I should admit that I was touched by this passage because I was a sports lover. While I work, I seldom do exercise. I indeed have some reflection on my daily life and the time arrangement. My dad always told me that health comes first. If you do not have a healthy body, all your dreams will be a big talk. So in order to our beautiful dreams and other important things, please keep fit. Let’s do exercise from now on! This is my strong appeal. May everyone have a healthy body and a beautiful life.
