I have been physically thin, yet it seems I've never had any big health problems. However, as i get older, especially recently I was forced to pay more attention to my health conditions. In the last summer, I feared to enter air-conditioned rooms. Facing delicious food, I just didn't dare to eat a mouthful, even water i only sipped a little. Otherwise my stomach would rebel violently. To make things evern worse, I would possible not able to stand, for my head could spin around. And you never know when it would come. I have consulted doctors and they all said it is because the blood flowing into the head is insufficient. In other words, the vessels, somewhere on the way, is somehow partly obstructed. Oh my Gosh! Without enough blood, my brain would starve. The possible consequences scared me.
The changing point in my life came in a dramatic way. After watching the perfomances by my wife and her friends, I felt a little dizzy. I didn't take it seriously, thinking at least I was able to get home safe and sound. However, riding on the motorcycle, I realized the problem this time was different. When the traffic lights turned red, I stopped my vehicle, supporting myself with my two legs on both sides. But I was just unable to pull the supporting leg of the motorcycle. I would have fallen if I had done it. Then and there i was in the middle of a busy street! I called out for help. And a kind car driver got out and did it for me. Seeing I was leaning against the driving bar, unable to move, he called 110. You can imagine the situation I was in, surrounded by various vehcles tooting their horns. Finally i was rescued by the 110 policemen, who called 120 afterwards. It could be as miserable as anything imaginable if you lose control of your own body. I just wish modern medicine had reached a level that could help people like me to fight against this disease.
