Back to several years ago, most Chinese had no idea what the hell financial management was, (it only meant something to rich people.), but now, many Chinese can talk a while about financial management. when you walk on the streets, you may be grabed by a bank crewmember who would like to stop you and explain what he can do to your finance and make you earn more money without doing anything else but handing your money to them for management, or you may be tricked by a telephone sales girl who suddenly jump out from where you have no idea and bought a special product of financial management which she, in fact, wouldn't buy at all. anyway, It is a common understanding in China that you have to manage the money in your pocket, if not, your money would become less due to the high inflation. and indeed many Chinese accept this point.

I accepted too until I took some time studying on this. it was a total lie, I found finally. just answer two questions as below,

1. if economy goes well and potical system works effectively, what will u do with your money? the best way of managing money is to buy stocks or bonds. unfortunately we live in China, we can do nothing.

2. If economy encounters crisis, how will u do then? hold your money tightly in your pocket or save it in the bank. economy is down, it is not worthy taking a chance handing your money to a man or an organization which you know nothing at all.

 

so in the end, the only way to deal with your existing money is to buy estates or save the money in banks. and the best way is to work harder and harder to earn more, it means nothing if you lose your job.
