Resign of my own motion.

461 views. 2010-5-14 10:59 |

Yesterday afternoon, my superior talked to me with delighted voice
for our boss said to him that he wanted me to become the assistant of our deputy director.
So he wannted to know what's my opinion.
It was putting me on the spot and I had to tell him that I planned to quit.
He was astonished by my decision and he got more and more impatient in our conversation.
I am sorry for that I am really such a stubborn guy.
So our conversation was difficult to go on.
In the end I was glad to tell him my resignation plan but he was angry to get off work with the door slammed loudly.

Actually,I submitted my resignation in April.
At that time,he refused and did ideological work on me with his sincerity and affection.
This month, from April to May, I found more and more problems in our company,
but I couldn't solve them for I am too young to have a grand enough ability to do them.
Because I think, if one's methods can't suit its situation,it has no use.
I can't be of any help in this respet. So the only thing I want to do is quit.
Based on our company's rules and regualstions,if you want to resign, you must offer your resignation a month in advance.
This time, I don't care whether he agrees or not. I have decided to leave.

In these six months I worked in our company, there are more than twenty staffs left.
The average number of leavers is about three people a month.
So many people told me that those who couldn't insist on taking their heat left feeling disappointed.
For a company, how to urge talents to stay?I don't know.
But the only thing I know is that our company couldn't retain talents without deepen reform.

Good luck to you, LFGC.
