 After three consecutive years, the 2010 West Lake Music Festival is back again. It has become a youth fashion brand like Midi and Strawberry Music Festival in town.

  West Lake Music Festival boasts for its beautiful scenery and music as always, to be different, this year, the music festival is to last for as long as 10 days. All music lovers are welcome to join in the celebration this summer. Hangzhou is going to be the city of music.

  Starting on 28th May 2010 till 6th June, the 2010 West Lake Music Festival is going to build up the most beautiful music environment in town. You will be able to find your favorite musical style and slow down your paces to feel the beauty of music and life.

  In those ten days, you will never expect who you might meet, what might happen, how you might feel. It is a giant unknown space, waiting for your exploration.

  New Music, New Power

  Almost all the new music like Guinea drums, French jazz, British electronic, Italian Godiva, German Techno, Japanese Glay, Chinese Punk, folk and metal... will be presented in this year's music festival.

  You may ask why the music has such a great power?

  Just like Bob Dylan inspired Steve Jobs who invented iPod. The Beatles changed the point of view of a generation. The Doors provided a beautiful and poetic language. We all believe, when the eyes and minds are free, our hearts are free too.

  Apart from the new music, there will be a lot of new party themes during the music festival. Flash choirs, changing partners, fancy rocks, happy camps, boxing clubs, etc are all waiting for your participation.

    Environmental Friendly

  The concept of environment protection will be launched in the 10-day musical carnival. If you bring a used battery to attend the music festival, you can redeem it with some gifts. A special display zone will be established and themed in environment protection, too.
