What Would You Ask God

The foreign friend who teaches me Holy Bible asked me:"What would you ask God If you should see him?"
I reflected long, for my little know about God,and then I replied,"I need to read the Holy Bile more, in order to think over the question.When the time comes,I shall not be no question."
Hoho~~~,actually I forgot what I replied, it seemed like I said too many words.
How about you?What would you ask God?
Nine days later, it'll be marked one year since the massive earthquake in Wenchuan.
Someone said:"I asked you this question for nothing malice against your or anyone's belief.
But I wonder where is he,your God?When the Wenchuan earthquake happened,what was he doing? Was he asleep?
The Holy Bible shows,because of the breach of God, Egyptians sufferred from the disaster,
Why did he drop the disaster to Sichuan people?Even if they were guilty, would those innocent children be guilty?
Why did he wreck the lives of those kids no matter whether they are in life and in death?
Did you ask your God, why he did so? Why he let this happen?Does he really exist?"
Hey,guy,what I said next for nothing malice against you,too.
When people live with peace and prosperity,there is no God;
When natural disasters happen, they would say,God fell asleep.
God says nothing about your question and doubt, then you can say:
"God doesn't exist,otherwise why doesn't he show himself to me?"
Although I am not a loyal Christian enough, I couldn't give you a satisfactory reply.
However,since you have read the Holy Bible,I suggest you read it again,
especially EXODUS and LUKE, I am not a scholar studing about the Holy Bile,though.
If you think the belief to God is the power to stop all disasters, I guess nobody will agree with you.
Someone believes in Sakyamuni,someone bilieves in Kwan-yin,someone believes in himself or nothing.
Are they all asleep?We all know, even if the disaster didn't happen, eveyone would be dead.
No matter whoever you believe in,the inevitalbe happened,you ask God, ask Earth,what about yourself?
The catastrophe saddened all of us,it is not only you.
Pains are not the will of God, his will is to let people have the heart to repent.(You can learn it from LUKE)
You know, Nietzsche said:"God is dead,so humankind is free."And he also said:
"God is like a mirror.The mirror never changes but evrybody who looks at it sees something different."
As for me,the eternal life God promises to us is not the body,but the spirit.
We should have a thanksgiving heart, a repent heart,this is God's heart.Of course,you can insist your view.
It has no effect on anyone's belief,neither what I said on you.
Pray for the souls of the departed;Hope for the happiness of the living.
"Do you think that these Galileans were worse sinners than all the other Galileans because they suffered this way?
