The little prince was now white with rage.
"The flowers have been growing thorns for millions of years.
For millions of years the sheep have been eating them just the same.
And is it not a matter of consequence to try to understand
why the flowers go to so much trouble to grow thorns which are never of any use to them?
Is the warfare between the sheep and the flowers not important?
Is this not of more consequence than a fat red-faced gentleman's sums?
And if I know-I,myself-one flower which is unique in the world,which grows nowhere but on my planet,
but which one little sheep can destroy in a single bite some morning,without even noticing what he is doing-
Oh!You think that is not important?"
His face turned from white to red as he continued:
"If someone loves a flower,of which just one single blossom grows in all the millions and millions of stars,it is enough to make him happy just to look at the stars.
He can say to himself 'Somewhere, my flowers is there...' But if the sheep eats the flower, in one monment all his stars will be darkened...And you think that is not important!"
He couldn't say anything more.His words were choked by sobbing.

Yes,it's " The Little Prince".My color version is published by The Publisher
to commemorate anniversary of his 60th birthday in Chinese,English and French.
I decided to read it again and these days I just had a few time to read when I was in the WC,:)Today is Chapter Ⅶ.
Like me,there must be so many people have read it more than once.
It will get a different feeling to read it in English or French,and the later make me heart itched.
My books are very new and my friends feel puzzled about this.
Maybe I should admit that I am not a book worm who makes the book riddled with graping wounds.
Before leavng this school,I should pose for a photograph with my books or our library.
I think,the only reason that attracts me to come and stay here for four years is the library or these books.

The first time,it's a fairy book which is harder to undstand it well than Snow White.
Secondly,you'll think over its implicature or unique meanings.but I am not clever enough to get a deeply gnosis,at least,I couldn't understand what the sheep stands for while everyone knows what a rose stands for.:)
