Today i want to try to put some useful words into together. I found if you really want to write something and you were in your optimum hourage ,new ideas would come to you ,one idea leaded to another. I always rose late in the winter vacation when i was a student . I used to be very fit at that time. I enjoyed at least one or two hours of solitude in my bedroom before i went downstairs to have breakfast. I spent most of the time reading and writing . I often went cycling ,hiking ,fishing with my brother. But now i've completely changed the way i used to live since i began to work. I seldom went out into the fresh air except for shopping and played indoors. I was busy with working. I didn't have enough time to do sports. I had to support my family . After finishing my work during the day , i took a part time job in the evening. I began to put on weight. No wonders i was overweight after several years. Life lies in movement. All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy. Now i have to make good use of my time and set aside enough time to do sports or else my job will take everything out of me. I had quit my part time job. One of my colleagues suggested i do yoga. But i found it difficult for me to stay in same position for even a few minutes. Yogis feel yoga exercises is the key to finding inner peac ,but i failed. Every girl has a deep love of beauty . I want to be a creature of habit. Early to bed ,early to rise ,makes a man healthy ,wealthy and wise . Never let sleeping idle away your time if you want to be as fit as a fiddle. Though i won't be on diet ,i'll have to have light food instead of greasy food every day from now on . Health is wealth . Money lost ,little lost ,health and time lost ,everything lost .
