Chinese New Year is coming. We all know Spring Festival is a kind of family gathering season . This year my brother will go back home to join my parents ,which gave me a little comfort . My parents will be very disappointed if we both can't go home . It's really the most exciting thing that we can get the tickets to go back home. I can imagine what my parents are doing to prepare for Spring Festival . Before two weeks Spring Festival ,every household is busy cleaning the house ,doing festival shopping ,sticking New Year pictures ,and pasting spring festival couplets on the gate posts and door panels. We can see that streets are decorated with lanterns and colorful streamers. When you are walking on the street ,you can feel the warm and happy festival atmosphere . In China , Chinese New Year is the most important and the best -loved festival. Families get together for reunion meals . After dinner ,we are waiting for watching TV shows together . There are many snacks to eat . We stay up late that night . When the clock strike twelve ,hundreds of firecrakers are set off and fireworks are displayed in the sky ,greeting the lunar new year .On the first day of the lunar New Year ,people begin to go relative hopping to wish one another a happy new year and exchange festival greetings. We can watch lion and dragon dances ,set off firecrakers and so on . Now , i am far away from my home , my heart has flied home . I will definitly come back home next year .
