I went to our office this morning as usual Some of my colleagues were eating their breakfast, some are talking about their vacation. After finishing my breakfast, I began to prepare what I had to do first today. I was  writing something when one of my colleagues came to me.

‘Hey, Laogan, don’t you find there is something different with me ?’ I raised my head and found Mr luo standing in front of me with his new suit. A suit? Oh my god, I have never seen him wearing a suit.

‘I am sorry, I am really awful sorry, wow, you look smart today. Cool!  Terrific! You are really a handsome man. ’  I know that was what he wanted to hear. He must be proud of his new suit and new look.  Though he is nearly to fifties, though he used to be a principal, but he has a child heart. All my colleagues call him ‘laowantong’. He began to show off his new suit to all the guys who haven’t known it yet. Absolutely he received high praise. At this moment, one of colleagues began to laugh at him.

’ Hey, Laoluo, I heard you had lost more than thousand playing mahjong the day before yesterday, you can bought you another suit.’ Wow , I didn’t know why she said so. Did it make her happy to pour cold water to him? I was wondering what he would reply. He said in a loud laughing voice ‘their spending is called spending, my spending is called spending. It’s not a big deal.’ All the guys were laughing loudly with the words.

 What I want to say if you want to have a good relationship with your colleagues , please be kind to them and do not be stingy to give your praise at the right moment. I think no matter who he is, he will be happy to be praised.
