I don't know whether it's time to buy a house. The housing price is higher and higher in the small cities. Maybe it will be much higher later. The cost of living is soaring. Can i count on housing price will be decreased? Though i have worked several years , the question is i still don't have enough money to buy a house in my local city. I have to ask bank for a loan. I am quite depressed at the thought of being house slave. Most of your salaries have to be repayed bank loans every month. Though i don't want to empty my wallet to become a slave to a mortgage , is there a better way? If i am working in my hometown ,maybe it's not as difficult as i think. I can't afford a house without loans. If i buy one now , i will be a slave to house and i won't have money to do other things. Who want to be am employee forever ? It's not easy to be am employer. Is house a must in marriage? How many people can accept naked marriage? I know house is not home , car is not home , home is a place where my beloved one is there. But i do hope i have my own house. So now to buy or not to buy is a question.
