Sometimes you don't know why you are in a low spirit. You don't want to do anything. You just want to stay alone. You begin to ponder what you live for , what kind of life you want , where your value is and so on . You begin to worry about your future. You are lost on the way to your dream. You don't know what to do. the light of dream is very faint. You can't reach it. Don't be too upset. Your body tells you that your positive energy is running out. What you should to do is calm down and take action to find your positive energy. Where is it ? It can be from your parents , your friends or your lover. But do not forget it's you who has the biggest power. Your dream can let your positive energy out. You know as long as you never stop going ahead ,your dream is getting closer and closer. "Never give up. I know you are going to make it. It may take time and hard work. It may take some sweat and tears. You may become frustrated. You may become depressed. You may even become hopeless.
