Got a story from Wechat, which is about two monks.
Once upon a time, there were two monks living in remote valleys. They settled down on two tops of hills separately. Every day they went down hills and carried buckets to fetch water from streams miles far away, they kept doing this five years in a row.
One day Monk A found Monk B did not come down to get water with him, he assumed that Monk B might oversleep and went to get water alone. While Monk A was a little bit curious about Monk B who had not been going out and getting water for one month. Monk A cann't help wanting to see Monk B to see if he was sick or not.Then Monk A paid a visit to Monk B's place. After climbing up on the top of hill, he found Monk B was enjoying in playing Taichi. Monk A was surprised and asked, "How come you not go out getting water and to be here in one month?" Monk B answered " Come and I will show you". Monk A followed Monk B to the backyard finding there was a well. Monk B told that in the past five years he kept digging this well when he was back from carrying water everday, no matter how busy and hard he was, he more or less did that anyway.

- correct, this is extremely essential, most of guys just have the thoughs of doing something, but they just lack the motivaton and power to do it, and the bad some guys even do not have plan for their future, though we can not predict the future and while we can dominate our own destiny, that is all up to the actions we take.
