The beginning of spring

All is new. Rain has stopped, all is fresh. Sunny, warm with happiness.
The beginning of spring shows the new exciting news.
It is reported that some provinces have some people infected bird flu H7N9, and some of them died of it.
I do not know if it is going to spread widely, but anway, it is better to take precautions in advance.
Speak of fitness, it is up to regular exercises and reasonable diet, though the fast work style in cities and bad polluted environment somehow do a bad effect on us, we still need to be aware the importance of it and seize every chance to do it.
Easier said than done? What else is easy?
Let the spring wind blows aways cold and brings warmth.

- So nice to hear a mention about the oncoming Spring. People always say ''A year's planning starts in Spring''. January has passed so fast and it seems the year would also pass fast, so we better get control of time before it disappears.
The economy in China and most other countries are uncertain and we don't know what is ahead. Some friends want to change to better jobs but seems it is not easy to find new jobs.
The public health situation is also worrying because H5N9 is getting active and it is killing people. The disease may die down this summer but the indications are that it would come back next winter much stronger and dangerous.
Lets see things in a more positive way. You must have heard;
The vast land returns to Spring, a period of abundance is in our view.

Spring is the time to start out a new beginning.
2014 is also the year which is still fulls of uncertainties, whatever we still need to go ahead.
