It is nice to enjoy my new cup for drinking water, and also the time to say goodbye to the old one.
I need a new and bigger one for my drinking when I am in the office. Yes, I need to drink, everybody needs to drink. Fact, we rarely know the importance of drinking. Most ones just drink it when they feel thirsty which is not a good habit, the body needs water to keep it in normal metabolism. Another point is to drink in warm water, not so hot and not so cool, just to be ok with it. This comforts stomach and is also good for health.

- You are right. Doctors tells us that if you only drink when you feel thirst you are drinking too late. You have to drink before you feel the thirst. Water is needed for a healthy kidneys and other internal organs. It has cleaning effect and help us absorb nutrients.
I drink about eight glass of water a day and that should be enough, however, that includes my day time tea or coffee which I count as water. I have been doing that for years and I have no health problems so I guess that is fine.
Anyway, don't deny water to your body. Keep that in mind.
