It is hard to step the first move to do anything we have never done like that before. English is the language we have learnt of so many years since we were in the middle school, some guys even got it in primary school or kindergarten. But we seldom use it, and also have no more chance to speak. That is why we are so eager to speak out while just can not speak it so fluently as we expected. Why do not us use it so frequently? Because there is no way to put it into practical use. It is really bad. Yes, we are not living in native English spoken countries. We do not have so many chances to use it. This the huge problem hamper us from learning. If we want to learn for whatever reasons, then how?
Get some time. Spend some time on it, everyday make a little bit progress. Success is the sum of accumulation. We might do not take it so seriously, because, mostly, we want a so called efficient method to improve it, but there is no such a way. If you find, please tell me. How long is right to spend on it? It depends. Everybody has his own style and also differs from personal life arrangement. No matter how busy you are, more or less, half a hour is a must. A least, thirty minutes is to spend on it. I think it will be more deserved to consume thirty mintues than a episode of tv serious.
Practice. Read, write, listen, speak are all one, actually, they are all means of practice. We need to be like that. Read, I think, is the most familiar part since we did English reading comprehension for the first very beginning. So it is won't be a trouble problem for most of us. Write, is the part we seldom use. Because when it comes to life and work, we almost hardly use it, unless we work for a foreign company or engage in a position related to English. Then how? Everyday, to keep writting an English diary which is an very efficient way for us to know about how to organize and structure words. Listen, is very important, whatever we want to say is on the premise of listeniing. When we were born, we get all the imformation from listeing, at that time, we could not speak, did not have the concept of expression. By listening, the imitation is a great teacher for us try speaking out by what we have listened from people around us. During listening, we get various of information, many kinds of accents, usage of words, etc. Speak is the terminal output for letting people know what we want to express and share, or a response about what we think of.
Such a procedure is like an operation of computer CPU. Moreover, a human brain is more advanced than a machine. Our protential is more than we can imagine.

- Yes, you are right. Everything improves with practice, especially learning English. What is most important is your ability to compose and write passages. Writing involves the use of proper words and the construction of sentences. According to my assessment you have sufficient writing skills, so you should rightfully have confidence in your ability.
However, speaking English is a different scenario. In speaking English, you first have to understand what others are saying, then think of a suitable reply and say all those things out in English words within a short time. This is quite a challenge, so that is why most people have difficulties in responding when speaking to foreigners. Actually, there is no need to worry about this. The first time may be difficult but after a short time, you would be able to speak freely and smoothly. It would only take you about 2 or 3 months practice to speak fluently. Relax. All you need is practice and you should be able to find the chance to practice speaking or you can follow and repeat the words watching English TV.

- yes, good comments and analysis. but I still cannot understand what our client is saying through learning english everyday and night. poor poor so poor listening. firstly undertand what he says, I think that it is priority to communicate. right?

- It needs practice, everybody has his own style of learning. Another thing about getting what those foreigners say, needs such a diligent job to conquer, I have a friend who also met such a problem, and he had to record what those people said in daytime and repeated and imitated what they said, then tried to get the mean, in the final he did it, he now has no problem about that, all the things need a tough process of accumulation.
