Keep early hours

Most of us, particularly white collars, now suffer mess from life and work. Usually, we are forced to get up by alarm clock in the early morning. Then, rush to the bathroom to wash and brush, after finishing that and haveing breakfast, go into crowded streets either by driving or taking a bus, which might cost us much more time on the way to office.

Arrive at office, we probably get stuck by enormous emails to deal with and some other assignments from supervisor who orders and wants to be completed in time. In order to achieve all the tasks, then, speed up to chase the time for the purpose of having all the things done immediately. Unconsciously, it is time to go back home. Rapidly make everything ordered and pack briefcase, and then join the army into rush hour again.

After having supper, it is usually at the time around seven or eight p.m. Extremely exhausted, do not want to move a muscle. Either take a nap or lie on bed for a while, then find it is at nine or ten. Oh, what a quick time. Some of them then start to surf internet to kill time as a compensation for the loss of entertainment in daytime. Finally, it is in the mid night, reluctant to get ready for rest. Then, you know that, few hours later, alarm clock rings again.

We usually are easily going to be lost. We could have changed life style. Such life style mentioned above is not so good though sometimes we know it. It is time for changing.

Keep early hours, do not stay up late in night, and get up early in morning. It will bring us convenience to be more energetic. In doing so, we will see a brand new life style ahead of us so that we can make sure that the world is more colorful than we have ever assumed.

What you have written makes me wonder why life has to be so tough, tiring and depressive. Everyone is stressed from morning to night. In the morning, we all have to go through the daily rituals of grooming and tidy up so that we can look respectable when we are in public. Next, it is like going to war struggling and weaving through the transport system to our work places. In the office, we are crushed by the workloads  having to attend to all types of challenges, bickering workmates, demanding supervisors and uncaring bosses. Back home in the evening, tired and exhausted we again have deal with the chores and complexities of living, catch up with the news or we won't know what is happening in the world around us. Then, we switch on our favorable electronics, cellphones or computer keeping contact with friends and entertaining. Some of us sacrifice our evening to Korean TV drama or electronic games.

This routine goes on day after day and we can't help but ask, where is all this going to end. We try to free ourselves but eventually we get pulled back into the circle by following the trend. Are we going to be enslaved like this for the rest of our lives? I would say we need another revolution to free ourselves. We have to do something about it.

This morning there was very heavy downpour of rain. All the commuters at the bus stops, subway and on the streets are trying to keep dry under their umbrellas. I am taller than others around me, so their umbrella spikes keep poking right into my eyes, then the nice auntie behind me, with her umbrella open let water run down to my back collar and straight down my back making my shirt wet. I shiver a bit in response. Thank you very much. What happens when you complain? Yes, an unwilling ''sorry'' from them or they act as if nothing happened. Then, I have to endure the wet clothes in the cold air-condition in my office. This is a sure way to catch a cold of flu. The girls are also in an embarrassing state with their pretty neat little dresses and shoes all wet.

Seems we all have to endure these situations but people should be more considerate. Well, what can we do, Just smile and life goes on.
