It is reported that China now becomes the second largest country with a huge number of obese people in forty six million and over three hundred million people overweighted. I just thought the U.S. and some other western countries have many fat people, now find our people also suffer such a problem while most of us just do not realize it yet. Absolutely right. In the all kinds of occasions, we see many people with lumps of fat, particularly in belly. I also see few people are in gyms and playgrounds, though there are some, just a small portion in comparison to the large population. In fact, it is a serious problem right now!

- Obesity never make me confused, because My weight never beyond 45kg. I want to increase weight as I thought more fatter will be more health.

- Right, as your personal condition, you do need to add some weight, as long as it is within your normal field. Meanwhile, we need exercises to build up fitness.

- Yeah, I have seen people in China go from slim to overweight over the past several years. Guys used to look so good in their smart T-Shirts and girls look so nice in their tight skirts. The other day, I was in a bus watching people on the streets. Quite a few of them are obese and yet they are wearing very short denm shorts.
The overweight problem in China started with the arrival of Mcdonalds and KFC. People are eating too much and not moving or doing any physical exercise. The way it goes, soon China would be like the USA with streets full of obese people.

- yes, so I always stay away from those junk food and fast food, also take exercises on regular basis to keep fitness. In the long run, it helps, and reduces the possibilities of being sick.
