This Friday I got the news that my high school classmate who I mentioned in the blog about three weeks ago passed away in the early morning.
I knew that he got the stomach cancer at terminal stage three weeks ago from one of my high school mates' wechat news.At that time, I went to see him in the hospital and found he was deadly weak and hardly to breath with a low voice. The doctor said he just had two months to spend his final stage in life.
While, three weeks later, I was shocked for the news for a while. Though I know the some day will come to end up the innocent life, it was really too fast.
Farewell, bro. I do not believe in god. If there has such one, I do pray that world eases you.

- Every time I heard this new always shocked me a lot, life is so weak, it's so easy to be taken away. This kind of news always remind me of the valuable memory of someone, who only have three months after having the cancer.Anyway it already had passed away, leave miss to those who still live. - Someone paid too less attention to his/her body, which is difficult to understand to me. There must be a long time from health to end during which there must be many signals sent out. But none is received.
Your health is related to yourself and your family. So keeping healthy is not only a responsibility but also an obligation.

- You are right. We need to take care of ourselves. Sometimes we might have the bad feeling on ourselves, like pain, or some uncomfortable ache. Mostly we just do not take that seriously. My classmate, also met such a problem, did not pay too much attention on himself of diets. Later, it developed into cancer.

Life is full of uncertainties, if we can be make some precautions we can avoid something happen in advance. Even though, we still can not foresee what exactly will happen.

There must be so many things he wanted to do but remains undone.

Recently so many of my close family relatives have passed away one by one, mostly due to incurable diseases like diabetes, strokes, heat-attack and kidney failure. All these are modern fatalities and seems to have something to do with out food and lifestyles.
Seeing all this happening, I myself is quite health conscious. I follow a healthy diet and do outdoor physical exercises every morning. Nevertheless, nobody can be sure what could happen.
Everyone of us is threatened by cancer. We have millions of cells in our body and ''one'' cell goes out of control, it becomes cancer.
Life is so unpredictable. Tomorrow is guaranteed to nobody.
Be grateful that you have good health. Nothing is more valuable than that.

Though work occupies most of my time, I still keep doing exercises. The future is full of uncertainties, anyway, it is better than doing nothing.
