What a diet-keeping way

There is no such an efficient method to keep diet without doing exercises only by eating less and drinking water. One of my colleagues does not satisfy her weight, she thinks that she is a little bit obese. Acutally, it is not even that bad, she has moderate figure and is fine with weight. Because of the pursuit of perfection on good figure which makes her to be a picky eater. 

On weekends, usually I can see pictures of various of kinds of delicious food uploaded from her wechat. And later, I might see an oath, something like I want to be a slim and swear to god never to eat too much, wrote by here there again. And then, I do really see she does not eat too much at noons, and at some time she only has a tomato or an apple for lunch. When she is asked if she is going to feel hungry, usually she replies that she is okay. Such a condition technically lasts only on more than fives days, that meas yummy food is there waiting for her.

As a matter of fact, it is not needed to do that. She can have yummy food and also do exerciese after work, for instance, three times a week. In doing so, she will be fine enough. She alleges she just does not want to do exercises, such as running. Then, how about doing that in the gymnasium? The answer is NO. There is no chance to her in the gymnasium locates nearby home. At least a suit of sport clothes will cost her much money. I think such an expenditure may really be worthy of the food for her part.

Many girls take a same way as your colleague. They won't hear and even deny  your advice. you think health is the most important, nothing is worth to take the risk of being unhealthy, but they think beauty is the most important, health is the problem in future. We can imagine that most of them will regret when they get older, when they have to pay for the decision they made today.

Dieting is not good for our health, and it has less effect on our weight in the long run. But people tend to choose this way to lose weight because they think it's useful and they don't want to do exercise. From my own experience, the effect of dieting may be seen in the short time, but can't last for long time.

Yeah, I tried to persuade one of my friends who are also moderate figure not to diet, but my words are obviously useless. Her weight reduced after proper diet and "crazy" exercise. Now, it makes me doubt that whether I'm a little bit obese, but I have no determination to do these things. I think losing weight is much popular, but girls should do it properly and temperately.

Right, exercises can burn fat and keep more healthy, while most of us just can not hang in there.

Keep the figure in the moderate way is also ok, just do not be obese.

Yes, so I keep doing exercises on regular basis and it is really helpful for me to keep my fintess.

Very good, have a good plan is equivalent to have a good start, and keep doing it which will not cost much time.

Indeed, I'm starting with some exercises that not too intensive, and gradually I think I will did it!
