Just know I read a news about how to identify fresh pork and dead pork. The news reported a lot, and told how to recognize the difference between them. And then, it reminded me of some news of the similiar experience of disposing of those good food and bad one when a person consumes. Here, I wonder where are the related officiers and departments to tacke with such problems? Since expired and unqualified food should not not be allowed to come out in malls, supermarkets, hotels, etc. 

It helps people out, on some level, to telll the difference between good stuff and bad ones, while the most important thing is to do with the food safety. If someday, people do not need to pay much attention on the food whether it is good or not, and they just buy without any hesitation, then it will be perfectly fine enough.

The only way to ensure food safety is to severely punish those who knowingly sell contaminated or bad food, especially meat products. The authorities have learnt something from the milk disaster, but they have not learned enough. Harmful food products continue to be sold to innocent consumers.

The other day, I bought a pack of frozen chicken from a huge supermarket. It shows the packing date as 2nd July 2014 and the expiry date is 10 Sept 2015. It says keep in fridge, but I wonder whether chicken be still safe to eat after kept for over a year?

We have to be aware of what we bought, the food problem always comes with us.

I am not that kind of experienced with it, yes, it said something about how to tell the good meat and bad one which  is a long story, while, all in all, the point is to see the color, not so fresh brightly in red color, usually it should be in line with the nature beings, and also pay attention to the tissue seeing if it was injected with water or not, and most diffulity is to test the meat wheather it is the real pork, or processed by some manual produced methods.
It is really very professional.
