Never forget to do something you like, becuase it might be steps accumulating further achievement. Never think you are poor at doing something. We were not good at something since we just started doing it. It is not braging.
Before graduating from college, I really did not like running, the time I had to do that was in the physical education class, worrying about the bad feeling when I was running on the playground, and praying that I could go through it as soon as possible. After I ran over the finishing line, my lungs were almost going to blast into air, then the bad feel was reduced by having a rest for a while. And then I found I passed the test, which finally comforted me a lot since my painful experience on the ground was not that bad, I did it. While if there were a new test came again, I was still reluctant to do that.
When I worked in the office, I discoverd my fitness condition changed, did not feel that energetic doing something, even saw the a round lump of fat around my waist and did not feel so yummy at the food I ate, and got bad sleep quality and was always awaken by the alarm clock in the morning.
At that time, at some day, I decided to do something for the change. Then I chose running as my trial. At the first beginning, it was not so good doing that, since I felt bad when I was on the playground. That feeling recalled my school test again, while I told myself, it was now the time just for relaxation and not a test any more, even I ran very slow, I was still doing fine. By doing in this way, I covered my first three laps, then, five laps, ten laps, even later fifteen laps. Now I enjoy the feeling when I am doing it.
When I hit a new record, I find the next step I set is not far away.
