Few days later, spring festival is coming. Today I free myself, since tomorrow I still need to work again before the arrival of spring festival eve, thus I need to take a full rest as much as I can. After weeks, end of piles of assignments. I can admire the really time again drinking a cup of tea. Probably, most of us know the moment differes from what we are invloved in a situation. That means when the one is unavailable, either for work, or some others, he can not have the mood to relax, or, hardly to find a place to take a nap.
The point is when we are at some time even it is a short period, there is no reason to have it use up on meaningless behaviour. Take a five mintues, before getting up in the morning, there could be a time for remembering some of words or a plan made last night. Before going to rest up in bed, there could be a moment to read some pages of a book. Small accumulation on knowledge makes a huge difference.
Free time lies in what we think, do not waste it. It is fine after not touching the phone for a couple of days later, you realize you are still who you are. And the time saved from doing something meaningless is to be a very treasure for you.
If there was a limit in life, it is the thing we think too much while practise little.

- Well, you seem to a bit tense, my friend. Just relax and things would work better. Actually, daily life is never easy and there is bound to be something happening that could affect our mood and productivity.
Our minds become clearer and more organized if we set aside our cellphones, TV and all those things. Give yourself some quiet time and think over your problems. Most of the decisions made when your mind is relax are often good decisions. Don't push yourself too hard.

- I have the same impression as Sunnyv, you should take it easy. All work and no play make Jake a dull boy. Why we need relax for a while,not just because we feel tired, we have a good rest in order to do things better.
I ,too, have a lots of works to do, and I arrange them in time-table already. And find some time to read, to write, to drink coffee outside.

- Yeah, you are right, relaxation is needed or I will be overwhelmed. Something we can not change, and some others we can choose to adapt and have the right way to do on our own.

- i agree but it is hard time to make up your mind and stick to it. And i am tryng to do this. I had two week ruin my planned schdule but now back to track. Let us keep moving
