Growth in Dioenglish

I find I have kept this Dioenglish.come account for about five years. At the first beginning, I just wrote something now and then, but not so frequently.
Last year I started to realize the importance of persistance. Anything we need to perfect it which needs a lot of energy and time to better what we want. It is a good platform to exercise and demonstrate, and soon to improve.
I once made an idea that I should write as much as I can, while later, I discoverd it unavailable to hang in here everyday, particulary when I was overwhelmed in the office so that I could not spare additional time writting here. But I kept trying to write as long as I had some time. To write something does not mean that how wonderful messages I can create, while I can learn to how to organize, utilize, structure and arrange something in a certain limited time. Besides, it also enhances remembering of words and helps knowing and mastering more words. Anyway, I gained a lot.
The growth always leads us to a higher level at that point which we can review what we experienced and what we have at present. By comparison, we detect what is strength and what else is still weak.

- Actually I enrolled as a member here for about four years, and seldom do I write something here. When I look back, I still miss some friends here, though they left here for unkown reason. Life itself like a train, some people get on the train, well some just get off. Anyway, I will cherish every moment that the passangers who accomany with me on the train.

- I became a professional writer by writing! It is that simple. In fact, this week I sold my first poem, not the first poem I wrote, of course, but the first I sold! My writing in Chinese (lang-8.com) really helps me learn new Chinese words, even if I don't always study the corrections people give me. It is like when I started learning Chinese; when I could say 你好 I said, "I speak Chinese!" It is an attitude that serves me well.
