It is quite normal to see people smoking at everywhere, on streetts, in an office， rest rooms and restaurants, even in the lobby of a hospital. What is more on the screen，we may see a hero or a macilious bad character, whoever the guy is, having a cigar or cigarette in mouth which always seems to be so cool in that kind of posture, because usually he is thinking of someting seriously or making up a well planned scheme.
Actually it brings us such an imformation that we may also can do it in that way at everywhere and anytime once we want to ponder over or pretend to consider something without permission in advance. Because we are human beings, very smart to imitate to do something from others. Then after the lighting of fire, it burns and chemical particles go fast asthe person is inhaling into lungs. Something like nicotine, at that time works immediately to activate by immersing into blood and generating reaction to make the brain excited, feeling high in the sky. This is being called the moment to enjoy and effectively help brain to work for the time being.
While, it does not bring us such a good result. Every year it is reported, many people died of lung cancer by smoking or secondhand smoke. It really should be an alarm for us to realize the terribe activity that we see everyday. A person who smokes for years, his lungs are very badly polluted. There are some videos about anti-smoke about advocating people should not smoke. There is such a video of these shows a person's lungs are infested with many black spots after having the habit of smoking for more than ten years. I really feel uncomfortable to witness that, and rise my hair from the skull skin. Apart from nicotine, there are still many poisonous particles from smoke, they all add to the risk of getting dieases. Can you imagine lungs are suffering from such a very awful invader?
What makes me feel worse is when I am on the way to somewhere, and there is a guy smoking ahead of me within ten yards. I can smell his smoke as the wind passes it to my nose. Besides, kids whose family members have a smoke bahit are more likely to be influenced and finally get used to smoke. Out of curiosity at the first beginning, and then he gets addicted to it.
I tried to be cool to have an attempt to smoke, but later, it turned out to be not so well. And now I am totally sick of it since its contamination on my suits and health status, also bad effects on other people. Luckily, I quit it when I beware that.
Stay away from smoke is what we all want, gentlemen and ladies, we are going to build a harmonious family together.

- Once I asked my friend why does he need to smoke? He told me that smoking give him an alert and slightly high feeling. The brain is relaxed and ready to work. That is why whenever smokers need to think something or do something important, he must have a cigarette first. Without smoking that person would feel down, tired and sleepy. He actually is addicted to smoking without knowing it. There, I appeal to everybody, never start smoking because it is a road of no return. You would end up chasing that alert feeling without end.
The other thing is that the second hand smoke they emit which is much more harmful than the cigarette itself, contains harmful substances cancer causing substances for people nearby.
It is good that in my city, smoking is not allowed anywhere in public which has a roof including bus stops and public transport. This would at least do less harm to people.

- Yes, do not smoke is the thing for people to remember. If possibe, smokers should quit. Whatever, it is better to have nothing than a cigarette.

- smoking also provides a social channel for men to greet or deepen the fellowship which hardly be altered. Taking other`s cigarette like give approval to sender`s invitation.
What i hated is when the smoker enjoy smoking, they ignore other`s behalf in which is forced to accept the bad air and related risks. And also some lengthy smokes, you still can smell from them overcoat when they sitting beside you.
What i relieve is shanghai govenment soon publish some policy which not allowed smoker in the public area for example bus station. Also have draft to improve the cigarette taxation which set high barrier to prevent the newstarter and down the comsumption. Hope it will exceed the expected turn around.

- So, stay away from smoke as possible as you can, and tobacco industry is making enormous profits. As long as it exists, there are some people will smoke. If nobody else smokes, there is no use of any single cigarette.
