It is obvious common to see people stay up. Even I, myself, sometimes have to deal with files or just sit around by doing nothing to kill time and keep mind fresh and just can not or am not willing to go to bed. Though I know it is not so good to stay up, there seems no effectiveness about asking me to fall sleep at an early time. Sometimes I choose to read a book till I feel there is a need to sleep. That is what I am always doing, I start to sleep at an early time unless I feel really exhausted after a day's mountain work.
Usually we find time is limited, such a feeling is becoming strongly among people who live in cities, especially in big ones. Everyday people have to deal with many things either from work or life. The competitiveness drives people to work hard and study hard, because we have to work for living and study for improving. How to fully make use of time? That is a problem. In the morning I see many people are still in tiredness on the subway. Some can not fully open eyes, or just close eyes to rest up for a while, some others are falling down heads, from which I can not see clearly their facial expressions but I think they might be napping temporarily, with hands resting on thighs. When I get to the office, usually hear of some collegaues are nagging the shortage of sleep, one of them complains about that she has to take an exam so she has to study very late in every night. While another elder one says, " You are still young, I now can not do it well in nights, if I were at your age, I could try to take some other exams."
Today in the morning, when I got up, found another explosion happened in Shandong province, very bad. How come such disasters come again and again? Besides from the wechat, I saw many links of news, pictures and some other words shared from friends over the whole night. All kinds of news, something about what they met, thought, and wished. Yes, every morning, I find many like that.
Oh, man, they did not even require a comfortable sleep because of weekends?
