Hot food

Hot 2769 views. 2015-10-26 21:30 | neighbour, cooking, living, people, where

Every time when I smell the pungent smell from the corridor to my apartment after work, I know the neighbour is cooking. I can't help coughing with teary eyes at the time. We never talk, as if we are strangers just simply know whom is just living with nearby. She must be born from a place where people are fond of spicy food. Generally, I eat food without any spicy ingredient. Hot food is really going to put me into the hell as long as I just take little bit.

There are many provinces where people like spicy food, and it is prevalent to see many restaurants are providing customers with spicy food as specialty. When I see piles of dishes with shinning red peppers, I am almost full. Sometimes I have to just eat some as my politeness with friends or clients, and strongly feel my lips and throat are burning like a fire flame there. After drinking some water or beer, the hotness declined greatly.

Usually those peopple who like hot food are living some places where are moist and chilly close to waters, such as rivers and lakes, or located in mountainous hills. Eating hot food is helpful to prevent cold and drive inner dampness. Another reason is hot food enhances people appetitive, and also suppresses unwatned smell. This is more perfect when a dish such as a fish or meat is processed with some peppers, gingers and onions, even with some garlics. Yummy. I do the cook just with a little pepper if I have to. Those peppers in dishes I eat with friends could be the amount I have in the entire year around.  Anyway, mom does the best cuisine.

You are fortunate to enjoy those spicy attacks. The elder lady living nearby me, makes salted fish every few days and those stale fish smell can drives me cross-eyed. Then later she boils some Chinese medicine which lingers for long time and I have to go out for a walk for reprieve. All the neighbors are complaining.

Sometimes in the evening when I feel hungry I fry some ham steak which smells like Mcdonalds's hamburgers. I wonder if I am causing some smell problems too.

You know, sometimes in the late evening, we would want to make some noodles to eat. I bought some spicy taste noodle and wow, that hot taste made my eyes like a water fall and I was sweating on the forehead. Lots of cold water but no use. Better go back to the ordinary chicken or beef taste noodles.
