Blue sky

This afternoon after having lunch, it was quite good to walk around. In the sunny noon, the sky was so blue. It is quite a long time that I haven't walked in the sunshine. The rainy days came and went away which made me hardly see a fine day. These days were occupied by the foggy haze that I could not arrange myself jogging outside after work.
There was one day, I could not even see nothing clearly until at the noon when the weak sunshine penetrating across against layers of gloomy clouds. All of a sudden, it became a little bit visible from the outline of buildings and skyline among land, river and sky. I did not notice the index of PM 2.5 on that day; at least it was over 200. Terrible! While later, I found I was LUCKY compared to Beijing where it was worse contaminated.
News of bad air pollution among the vast northern parts of the mainland alerted me seriously, where now are under the bad air. People wear dust masks when they are out for working and shopping. Unimaginable! The index of PM 2.5 was once again to set a new record among most of those areas. Square dance women and ladies are more likely to act like ghosts hovering in the dawn and night. Dear lord. Forgive us.
A call from my friend who said he felt not that bad since he is living in a county where is not as developed as big cities. He keeps jogging every night which I am jealous of a lot. I made a joke to him that I even did not need to go outdoors just by smoking five packs of cigarettes in my room since outing would be worse in terms of toxicant air. Aha! He replied it was good news for smokers because it was free to inhale smoke-like fog as much as they can in the open air. We both could not help laughing to tears on the phone.
Behind the scene, there is rapid development of economy. We are still on the way that developed countries had already gone through. GDP growth is obvious to demonstrate the overall national power; meanwhile due to the lack of efficient guidelines, it pushes us to be out of control on some level. Ten years ago we excited to send and receive text messages though we had no smart phones. Air quality was not as awful as it is right now.
Went through the path covered by trees, it was quite. Red maple leaves there were extremely fire-like burning. Cold air never stopped me stepping out forward. And blue sky added ecstasy and charisma of nature upon every pedestrian. Happiness could be as simple as that moment. No matter how luxury limos we buy and how expensive houses we purchase, we hardly satisfy material belongings when it comes to the problems of environment. We live in the same world and breath the same air. Free air and water together are all our treasure.
Everyone passed by piled with smiles. We all did not want to miss this chance to be in the exposure of great favor. To be with positive people, we are inclined to be like they are; to be with nice environment we are assimilated to be involved in the wonderland.
Live at present. That is enough. Usually people categorize time into three phase. They are past, now and future. Besides, it also can be divided into two parts. They are Gone and Being. The next potential step to arrive is about to be the upcoming print of Gone. We are at the very intermediate moment consuming the rest of our brief life. This metaphor is to cause us high awareness of time. Because every second we used up is never going to be back, we have to know that time elapses with compromise. What we can do is to keep pace and follow its way to pursue the approach to the Promised Land.
Philosophic wisdom is always abstracted and arisen from common phenomena. It is not with that complexity of understanding those thoughts. As in the blue sky is always there beneath the atmosphere of earth. Sometimes we barely see it because of weather changing and some other reasons, such as haze. Reveal the mysterious veil, it is truth there.
Hope we suffer less from devastation committed by the civilization; absorb more in goodness created by the development of harmony and sustainability.

- There were widespread news reports about the smog and air quality in Beijing. The reports said the smog was because of the extreme cold weather causing people to burn wood etc to keep warm. This is not an acceptable explanation as people always burnt fires to keep warm in the past years but we have never seen this kind of smog and pollution. When we inhale unclean air continuously, our lungs would be affected. The authorities have been trying to cut down the pollution but without much result. When there is thick smog, it is better to stay indoors. Higher GDP is is beneficial but when health is affected it is too high a price to pay.

- We have already paid the cost of high GDP growth. What the authority said does not make sense as your description. Actually, emission from vehicles and factories are the main reason. Inefficiency of govern functions lead this bad result.

Right, I do not go for running when it is badly polluted outside. I just hope that we can realize its severe consequence of bad environment.

- i know the importance of enviornment which can exemplify why the Pairs conference gathering world top leader to solve the global problem. I can not tell you the problem will be solved quickly cau it is not realistic but i think the country is adjusting its development direction to lessen the impact on environment and for our citizen, do sth environmentally to appease the society burden and enjoy your inside peace.

- It can not be solved in the short time. Just hope we can have more space to enjoy life. Modern life has already burdened most people. Those migrants ones from remote countryside have sacrificed most of their youth and sweat contributing to construction of cities.

While the heath problem is far away from expectation. Sign. An individual effort is small, it becomes more stronger and fierce to be bonded together then it is getting better than what it is right now.

- every one knows what the outcome the bad environment could lead to, and everyone wants to be equally treated in this society, but the problem is how to reach that? What we could do is to balance the economic needs and environment condition to allay the sharp problem, if we want to solve the problem that means we have to exterminate many industry which feed lots of people right now, so we have to open other channel to fill the gap which needs management wisdom.
