Hello, I am teadrinkg, this is my user name here. You probably figure out that I must be a person who likes tea. Right, I confess it my favourite. I was born in the traditional Southern Water town, Hangzhou, with the long civilization of ancient Chinese history. Today is rainy again. I choose to stay home with parents. And now I am having a cup of green tea and writing down these words.
We can often hear of people saying:"One day when I have enough money and will have a cup of tea or coffee, and spend time reading newspaper, and then go somewhere with family to enjoy life." Yes, it quite the dream that most of us have. I also dreamed of having such a lifestyle. While one thing I realize is When should be the exact time? We can not surely know that. We do not need to ask for it too much. Actually, making a cup of tea is just that easy. Even after work I am at home can have it. A glass and some tea, after pouring down the boiled water, then done. So why must I have to wait for that date which I am not sure?
Gray sky with drizzle, downloading its beauty as if it was a quiet girl who goes into your eyes. She strolls through the lane with an oiled paper umbrella, brings the silent quiet to people. The tea is now playing its magic comforting me at this moment. A little bitter at the first sip, and a little sweet after ten seconds. The sweet continues and spreads from the tip of tougue to all of my body. I can not help having another sip, after a small swallow through throat, all the joyousness eased to leisureliness.
Green tea is picked from the tea garden or just from those tea trees sporadically located in hills. When you pick it, you can smell its aroma already. This smell is slight while refreshed. Particularly, in the dawn, before arrival of sunrise, green tea buds are with dews resting alone there. Such an enjoyment. After the harvest, tea buds are brought back, and then it will be processed by tea machine after buds are dried from dews. The tea was done by hands in a special tea stove in old days. You can image that is a tough and admirable job because tea is made at the temperature over around 150-170 centigrade degrees. Really hot. Really unbelievable done by naked hands. Usually green tea procedure has two steps. First step is to dehydrate, second one is to dry up. Then the green tea is made and kept in sealed plastic packages. If you can not have it in a short time, it should be stored in the fridge which could be kept longer.
Therefore, the tea we have is not that easy as what we thought. Each kind of tea is done in a very complex procedure. After experiencing and toughening, we finally have it. Life is something like that. To be merciful and to be resilient as open as what we are supposed to be like. When I am having it, childhood memory of tea picking in spring comes back to mind. Endowed with courage and simplicity, engraving me the hardship as the sweet always comes after bitter.
