When the ambition cannot be supportive of the dream, it is time to simmer down and think over. In the first place, we are surely that nothing is stoppable. Or we can call it as the confidence.
Dream, what a fascinating and exciting word it is. We have been endeavoring for this and trying to realize it. In fact, in the process of pursuing the dream, problems come out. Nothing else is going to be smooth.
Problems are those we cannot avoid, while we can positively envisage them as friends. It is not possible to live alone without anybody. Given the reason that we are into social gathering to meet and communicate, there is no doubt that we are naturally to be with people around. Whatever they are warm and indifferent, intentional and unintentional making relation to us, it is all that fine. Therefore, it is same with problems.
Mostly, we might anger and complain when it comes to something that we cannot accept to be treated shabby and unfair from others or beyond the control of expectation. What is more, we may highly assume that we are right in superiority and others are just idiots. So pathetic it is with such a poor good feeling.
Though there are many unreasonable defects from working condition, colleagues, and boss. Thinking about boss, he pays out more than the salary to his subordinates. It is the burden, risk and responsibility.
Thanks to the time, right now, we have more choices. We are more easily to look for what we want. No one else is obligated to force some others to work or do something that they are not willing to do.
All in all, the key is before starting out, make sure it is ready for preparation. At least stuffing the stomach is what the most priority to consider on the list.
After that, go and do it. You can fire the boss when you are so ready. What if failed? Not a big deal. Go back to resume.

- Yes, everyone of us have dreams or goals which we wish to achieve. There would be lots of challenges, obstacles and hindrance along the way. What we need to do is to stand firm, plan carefully, be confident prepare ourselves well and proceed energetically. There are more failures and successes in life, so don't expect anything to be easy. It won't be easy. Most of us have met failures before meeting success.
We are all living in a civil modern society with interdependence on each other. In the course of our struggles for survival, we come across all kinds of people, some who are supportive and some are discouraging. We need to be able to accept all the ups and downs and overcome all the difficulties we face. I, myself, have seen the best of people and also the worst of the worst and all these people helped build my life and gave me the security and satisfaction I possess. Without them, I would not be able to understand how difficult, realistic and fragile life can be. Without all those challenges and I would be unable to have the confidence to stay strong appreciate my own achievements.
Yes, you are who you are and you are who you see yourself as. We all have the ability to overcome difficulties, so we should all go forward with confidence.

At the time right now, I have been thinking of the way that I came through from those years. The beauty of life is that we can cherish what we have right now, and do something to make up those we had dreamed before yet not own at present.
To be with people around, I learn and grow and know more than what I did before. If I am tired, I take a break and rest for a while. When I am ready, I start out again.
Perseverance is so nice and powerful. It is really hard to keep, while I try to follow the plans I made. You are who you are. And I am who I am.
