On average, about eight hours is spent on work per day. The working condition is more competitive and people have to update knowledge to equip them and keep pace with the times.
How to make full use of spare time after work is essential and the key question most of us care about.
We always hear of making plans. How? It is the answer we long for. It is simple. Do it according to the plan. How could it be so simple just by making a plan and doing after it? Actually, it is surely true as simple as nature. In most cases, we fail to follow the plan because of weak nerves.
A great thing comes from simplicity and an achievement qualifies from quantity by constant persistence. Self-discipline is vital to success, and sometimes the perseverance of insensitivity is extremely required and complementary for the accomplishment.
However, we just feel boring and think it hard to hang in there. No one wants to get up early in the morning to work, and it becomes much harder in winter. After struggling for a while and the alarm clock rings repeatedly, then we rush into the bath room and hurry up on to the way after getting dressed. This case shows the procrastination activates the brain to postpone in the warm bed. Comfortable condition always makes us enjoy the hotbed.
So it is the same with the plan we made. After making the plan, it gradually pressures upon the implement of nudging into further move. The brain implies that a break for rest would be satisfied. How about sitting around to watch TV show? Why not eat some candies and cookies? After trying to be back on the plan, it is usually to be in the mid night. Nothing should be done anymore. The next day hopefully brings a well-organized scheme to carry out.
Day after day, year after year. It proofs no pragmatic progress but the point where it is still at as it stayed before.
Youth fades, complaint increases.

- You have pointed out accurately why plans are made and why our plans always fail. It is the distraction and the skill in drawing up the plan.
My experience is to made a complete plan of all the things you need to do. Then separate them into different categories. Complete the easy tasks first so that the plan is less complicated.
When it comes to the difficult and time consuming tasks, we must give it full attention and insist on completing them.

- One by one, step by step. That is the way I split a plan into pieces and do the same as you said, have the easy to be finished thing done, then go for those hard to cope with. Finally, achieve the plan.

I do things based on my own intersts. For example, I write here not for other blog readers, not for English improvements, not for making friends ,but for the fun when i try to express my feelings with the words. Nevertheless ,during this process , i made new friends, i improved my English , i also found how intersting it is to interact here with others , and all these unexpected stimulations makes me more like to write here. I dont make plans about write a blog per day or so ,just write whenever i have the time and its quite easy to do it .
I guess i dont like make plan is because plan gives me the pressure ,it makes me feel its something i have to do instead of something i want to do .
Sure everyone is different ,just find the way that suit ourselves ,then it's the best way .

We really need a plan, it is will help to oranize our time, in some way, we could say that it helps to guide our lives. But there always have exceptions , we should reschedule srome time to time.
But most time , I like do things follow my instinks, then I feel it is easy to keep my plan. HAHA..

- Glad to note that you have the correct view about writing here. It is amazing that so many writers can write so well in English here and they are able to express their feelings and views perfectly. The contents of the blogs are meaningful and addictive to read and follow. We learn from others and others learn from us in both English language and life complexities. There are things people won't tell their best friends but they are comfortable writing about anything in their minds and hearts here. Everyone has different experience in living and added up together is a treasure of guidance. Although I am the only foreigner here, but everyone is communicating with me perfectly just we are just like best friends. Since everyone benefits, we all hope we can improve our lives and English through this medium. Hope everyone live a content and happy life.
